As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in lifestyle medicine and wellness coaching. For more than a decade, I’ve worked in trauma, critical care, oncology, and community health, walking beside patients during their most vulnerable moments. I loved being there for people in crisis, but I couldn’t ignore a painful reality: too many diseases were preventable, yet we were treating them only after they arrived.

I believe people shouldn’t have to wait until they’re sick to learn how to live well, and that belief became the heart of Kinder Body Wellness.
